"Necessity is the mother of invention." For fntsma, this saying is spot on. With countless "can'ts" in our marketing—no ads on Instagram, no cannabis terms on social media, no shops on TikTok or Facebook, and the constant risk of getting banned—I had to get creative. That’s how Stash & Dash was born.
Promoting cannabis-themed products is tricky. Social media platforms have strict rules against advertising anything related to cannabis, even if it's just the theme and the algorithm is always changing. These rules make traditional digital marketing nearly impossible for me. But instead of letting these roadblocks slow me down, I’ve decided to take a different path.
Stash & Dash is my grassroots answer to these challenges. Here’s how it works: I leave one or two fntsma greeting cards outside dispensaries and smoke shops around San Diego. If you find one, all I ask is that you tag fntsma on Instagram when you take a picture of your card.
Stash & Dash isn't just about getting the fntsma name out there. It's a testament to our ability to adapt and innovate and about creating a connection. By leaving the cards outside dispensaries and smoke shops, we're engaging directly with our target audience. It’s a fun, spontaneous way for people to discover fntsma and join the community.
